Celebrating International Women’s Day #EmbracingEquity

This year’s International Women’s Day 2023 theme is “Embracing Equity”. The aim of #EmbraceEquity is to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren’t enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, let us recognize the important role that women at Spectrum play in our healthcare system and in the daily lives of our patients and their families. Spectrum is committed to supporting and empowering them to continue to make a positive difference in the lives of those they care for.

We asked the women of our Spectrum Family to strike the #EmbraceEquity pose and share what equity looks like to them.
