Spectrum Health Care Welcomes Ontario’s Investments for Home Care

I want to thank the Government of Ontario for their ongoing commitment to support health care workers in home care, including the 3,000 front line staff at Spectrum Health Care. This additional investment is another important step in stabilizing the home care sector and is a recognition of the important role home care plays in caring for Ontarians.

By committing to increased compensation for home care workers, home care will be more competitive so we can continue to attract more workers and increase our capacity to deliver more care for people in their homes.

Spectrum Health Care welcomes this investment in home care and looks forward to working with the Government of Ontario to expand and modernize home care services to make home care more connected and convenient for Ontarians.
