From April 23 to April 26 surveyors visited Spectrum to conduct an accreditation audit including a thorough review of Spectrum’s policies and procedures. They also met with staff at all levels of our organization and interviewed key stakeholders and patients.
Accreditation Canada surveyors noted that Spectrum’s areas of excellence include a commitment to patient safety, a holistic total care philosophy of care, people-centered care, a robust ethics framework, data-driven decision making, best-in-class quality framework and a commitment to an inclusive and just culture within the organization.
