We have our Employee of the Year!

We have so many outstanding companions who provide care to our clients when they need it the most. It wasn't easy picking our Employee of the Year.

Seniors for Seniors is proud to announce Joachim Schreiber as the 2021 Employee of the Year! Joachim started with our company back in November 2020. Since then he has shown nothing but care and compassion to his clients. Joachim utilizes his expertise from his nursing background to ensure that his clients are comfortable and well taken care of.

Why did we choose Joachim?

As a driver companion, Joachim has been reliable driving his clients to doctors appointments, grocery store runs, outings to do errands, and trips to see family and friends. He has gotten nothing but excellent feedback from his clients for his excellent work ethic as well as his warm and friendly personality.

Dr. G. B., a retired physician, recently wrote a letter to Seniors for Seniors praising Joachim's work with his mother-in-law, "Mr. Schreiber has a strong commitment to client service, and is the kind of employee who will go beyond the call of duty, and change his priorities, focus, and schedule to manage a client’s evolving care and support needs.

Joachim can adapt to a changing support and care environment because of his flexibility, resilience, calm, and commitment to do more to achieve client goals. As a result, the client's family and the client’s network of care and service providers are confident in his abilities and reliability."

What sets Joachim apart?

Joachim is the lead caregiver leading a group of four companions who provide care to the same client. He is a mentor who trains and coaches other companions to help them succeed in their roles. Joachim is an advance carer who happily helps clients with complex care needs. And he is frequently requested by clients to be their driver companion.
