Kim was instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition of Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR) to Spectrum Health Care. Working closely with Spectrum’s Communications, HR, and IT teams, as well as the Lifemark team, she played a pivotal role in guiding the CAR team with clarity and confidence. Through her thoughtful planning and proactive coordination, she inspired a unified approach, ensuring that every aspect of the transition was carefully managed and collaboratively executed.

This impact is rooted in Kim’s own journey. She first began her career there as an Occupational Therapist (OT), providing hands-on care directly to patients. With that valuable frontline experience, she transitioned into a Program Manager role before advancing to her current position as Senior Program Manager.
Beyond operational logistics, it is Kim’s genuine care for people that truly stands out. Going above and beyond, Kim connected directly with CAR employees and Independent Contractors, providing clear communication and hands-on support. She made herself readily available to answer questions, guide next steps, and ensure everyone felt informed and supported every step of the way!
