Sandra is our May Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to Sandra Schroth, Seniors for Seniors’ May Employee of the Month.

Sandra is a reliable, and very hard working Home Cleaner and Companion for SFS. Clients continuously recognize her for her excellent job in everything she does. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients make her a valued and well-loved member.

We asked Sandra to share her experience being a senior companion:

1. How did you hear about Seniors for Seniors and why did you decide to join the company?

I was hoping to find work that fit better with my personal limitations. An employment advocate helped me with my job search.

2. How has Seniors for Seniors benefited your clients?

I work one-on-one with clients providing cleaning services. I deliver customized services as desired or as needed or more general services. I ask clients about their priorities and focus on delivering.

3. How has being a Seniors for Seniors caregiver enriched your life?

I have wonderful clients and each has become my favourite. Just like an extended family.
