Celebrating International Women's Day at Spectrum

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is "Inspire Inclusion," highlighting the importance of celebrating the diversity and empowerment of women today and beyond. To inspire inclusion is to encourage everyone to see and value the different perspectives and contributions of women, especially those from marginalized communities.

As we celebrate International Women's Day, we recognize the important role that women at Spectrum play in our healthcare system and in the daily lives of our patients and their families. Spectrum is committed to supporting and empowering them in our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as we strive to continue to make a positive difference in the workplace and in the lives of those they care for.
