Eating heart-healthy foods may help to protect the brain. In honour of January being Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, we want to highlight the foods that can help with our brain health. This includes eating oily fish, fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts and olive oil while also limiting consumption of red meat and sugar.
