The Spectrum Healthcare Foundation, backed entirely by employee donations, is proud to have funded innovative technology at Wellbrook Place. This donation has made it possible to purchase two Lucynt Dementia Magic Table Projectors for Wellbrook Place’s Behavioral Support Units, which care for adults with dementia and mental health disorders.

These ceiling-mounted projectors transform any surface into a fun and engaging space. With over 160 games featuring sounds and designs specifically tailored to support various stages of dementia, these projectors promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being.

The Wellbrook residents enjoy these interactive games 2-3 times a week supporting those with middle to late stages of dementia with stimulating games such as Bubble Fish, Alien Acrobats, Balloons, Spring, and Animal Flip. These activities provide fun and engagement for groups of 6-8 residents, and family members are always welcome to join in the fun!

"Our experience with the Lucynt tables has been fantastic, and our residents have been enjoying various games regularly, as the Lucynt table games are part of our standard programming," says Natalia Durango, Associate Director of Programs at Wellbrook Place.
