Spectrum Health Care Welcomes Raju Bains

We are excited to welcome Raju Bains to Spectrum Health Care as Director of Integrated Health Systems and Partnerships.

Together with our Executive Director of Integrated Systems and Partnerships, Raju collaborates with health system leaders and clinical champions to co-design integrated home and community care solutions across the continuum of care, with the aim of promoting healthy communities.

A respected leader known for building relationships and championing positive change, Raju has a wealth of experience in health system integration and partnership development having held high-impact roles across acute, primary, and community care.

Raju is a registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work from Wilfred Laurier University and a Master of Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation from the University of Toronto.

Raju is a proud mom of six-year-old twin girls and outside of work she can often be found exploring Toronto with them, reveling in their sense of wonder.
