She transitioned to the healthcare industry after her family required home care support, where she witnessed the transformative impact of Spectrum Health Care. With a background in finance, this personal experience inspired Sikeen to join the Spectrum team, eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

As a Client Service Manager, Sikeen collaborates closely with a team of Care Coordinators to schedule PSW visits, ensuring that clients at our York branch receive the essential care and support they need. Since joining Spectrum, Sikeen discovered that no two days are the same, with each day presenting new opportunities for learning and growth.

Sikeen's effective leadership style is rooted in responsiveness, listening, and adaptability, where she embraced her role with an open mind and focused on understanding her team and their responsibilities.
