Nickeisha began her journey at Spectrum in 2023 as a Home Support Supervisor and was then promoted to Home Support Program Manager at our Peel branch. Since stepping into this role, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to inclusive leadership. Nickeisha involves her team in every stage of change management, ensuring that every voice is heard before new processes are implemented. She thoughtfully considers the impact of change, creating a ripple effect of collaboration, accountability, and trust.
Nickeisha also empowers her team members to lead in the same way, encouraging cross-functional thinking and inclusive planning. In doing so, she actively bridges gaps between individuals, departments, and roles strengthening Spectrum’s culture of teamwork at every level.
