Catherine Fagnan Appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

We are excited to announce that Catherine Fagnan has been appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Spectrum Health Care.

With more than 20 years of broad legal experience, proven leadership skills and board governance expertise, Catherine has a track record for navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes in support of long-term value creation. She is bilingual and licensed to practice law in Ontario and Quebec.

Before joining Spectrum, Catherine served as Associate General Counsel and Strategic Advisor at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. She holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich, a Bachelor of Common Law from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Civil Law from Laval University and is a certified Corporate Director (ICD.D). Catherine also serves on the Board of Polaris Renewable Energy and is Co-Chair of the Schulich Women Network.
