Spectrum welcomes Chantel Marshall
We are excited to welcome Chantel Marshall to a brand new role at Spectrum as the Director of Integrated Health Systems and Partnerships.
This role will support the important work of our VP, Integrated Care & Community Partnerships. Together with our senior team Chantel will work collaboratively to develop opportunities for integration of Spectrum’s total care services in local hospital systems and Ontario Health Teams. We are committed to building out a fully integrated patient experience that support patients and their families across the continuum of care. This new role will be pivotal in bringing integration into the home care space.
Chantel is a seasoned leader with frontline nursing experience in different provinces and the United States across a variety of sectors including home care, primary care, and acute care. She also holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto's Institute for Health, Policy, Management and Evaluation.
Throughout her leadership career, she has maintained a steadfast commitment to health system solutions that address healthy population outcomes, inequities, and opportunities for system integration. Recently, Chantel was a key member in the development of an Ontario Health Team. Chantel has built a reputation for being responsive to the system, thinking outside of the box, and working to build lasting partnerships. Outside of work, family and friends, Chantel dedicates her time to nurturing her dahlias.
