Nitima on What’s the most memorable thing that’s happened to you in your PSW career?

"The most touching moment for me was getting a call from our Home Supervisor letting me know how grateful my client and their family were for my work especially on Family Day. I got emotional from that call. I am living far from my home and my family here in Canada and in every client's house they were having quality time together with their loved ones. The simple gesture really touched me."
