November Employee of the Month

For November we chose Rose McCullough to be our Seniors for Seniors Employee of the Month.

Rose has been a great companion to her clients over the past several months. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients' needs are met. We've had nothing but excellent feedback from all of Rose's clients on how caring and compassionate she is.

We asked Rose some questions regarding being a companion.

1. How did you hear about Seniors for Seniors and why did you decide to join the company?

I found it the job posting on indeed and I decided to apply. I enjoy helping others so thought this job would be perfect.

2. What is your favorite companion/caregiver experience or story?

I love the smiles on my client Lynnes' face when I play oldies music and she sings along.

3. How has Seniors for Seniors benefited your clients?

My client is very happy to have someone there. She sees me as a friend who she can tell her stories to and make her laugh and feel better about herself.

4. How has being Seniors for Seniors caregiver enriched your life?

Seeing my client's face light up and laugh is the best reward and now I have one more best friend in my life.
