Spectrum’s frontline staff are community heroes

Spectrum’s personal support workers, nurses, senior companions and medical transfer attendants have always been the cornerstone of our health care team.

They are the ones who provide safe and reliable care to our patients in their homes.

Now more than ever we are seeing how community nurses, PSWs, senior companions and medical transfer attendants are critical to caring for our elderly and vulnerable populations. Our frontline team helps patients stay safe and independent in their homes for as long as possible.

Our frontline workers are our heroes every day, not just during the pandemic. They are the ones who provide the necessary day-to-day care to our patients. Their expertise in home health care help our patients stay healthy and safe in their homes.

Thank you to our frontline staff for the incredibly valuable and necessary work that you do. We celebrate you and your bravery.

Earlier this month we launched Spectrum’s community heroes campaign, featuring and celebrating some of our frontline staff.

Protecting our frontline staff

The safety of our staff and patients are our top priority. All of our frontline staff are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, gowns and safety glasses and masks when they visit their patients. Read about Spectrum’s official COVID-19 statement and FAQs here.
