Spectrum Health Care acquires Seniors for Seniors
We are proud to announce that Spectrum Health Care has acquired Seniors For Seniors, a home care agency providing Junior Seniors to serve and assist Senior Seniors, expanding Spectrum Health Care's geographic presence into Kitchener, London, Hamilton, Guelph, Simcoe County, Muskoka and Halifax.
Seniors For Seniors will operate as a division of Spectrum Health Care LP, but will maintain its own brand identity and branch/franchise operations. There will be no changes to the day-to-day operations at Spectrum Health Care as a result of this acquisition.
With this acquisition, we will be able to offer existing and new clients additional home care services through Seniors For Seniors. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personal and Homemaking Companions
- Driver Companions
- Live–In Companions
- Drop-In Companions
- Overnight Assistance
- House Cleaning Companions
- Foot Care Services
While the two businesses will operate separately, we will be providing you with an overview of the Seniors For Seniors services and the process when managing inquiries, should calls be received by Spectrum Health Care. i.e. forwarding a call to Seniors For Seniors branch offices.
We are excited to move forward with this acquisition as it will allow us to respond to the changing landscape in home and seniors care throughout Ontario, as we grow this great business.
